Berlin Marathon Training Week #2 Day 4

Location: Pasadena, CA

Temperature: Overcast, 59 degrees

Type of Run: easy with some hills

Length: 8.72 miles

Type of route: Long gradual incline, long gradual decline,  two major hill climbs and one downhill descent

Time: 1 hour, 2 minutes, 5 seconds

Pace Per Mile: 7:07

Reason for Run: This was an easy run with longer mileage meant to be done after a harder workout such as a tempo run. I purposely picked a route with hills to help build leg strength.

How did I feel? Good. My legs felt a little worn but this is normal. The pace and intensity of effort were good.
